Our potential client is looking for a tool to help automate some of the desktop support tasks. Most of the tasks are repetitive which support personnel accomplishes via VNC and other Remote Desktop tools (MDM Remote Assist, RDP, etc). Before we proposed POC for the client, I would like to know if our RPA software supports scripting on any Remote Desktop tools (VNC in particular) and any configuration or setting are required in this case.
