Hello Filipe,
When you log into workplace (or Process Portal) the system queries the BAW database for workflows that your user has permission to start. For each 'startable' workflow, you will see a tile in Workplace. The permission to start a workflow is set up on the Overview page of a process in Process Designer. On the right side of the Overview page, there is an "Exposing" section and in that section an "Expose to start" configuration section which has a BAW Team. All member of the named Team are eligible to start the process. You can restrict who can start each process by limiting the members of the Team.
So, for the workflows that you don't want to see, ensure that your userid is not in the "Expose to start" Team for that particular process definition.

Subject: Remove "Start Workflow" shortcut
Hi everyone,
I got a question.
From the "Workplace" there is a shortcut:

That shows several workflows that we can start:

But I don't want all the workflows here.
How can I remove the shortcut?
Regards.
