    I spoke with Product Manager of Case/BAW and he said that since Case is a plug-in to Content Navigator that any monitoring/reporting would have to be done at that level using your system monitor tools...

    Hi Sameera,

    the number of concurrent users can be gathered from the FileNet repository through the "IlmtReport" tool, which is provided along with the System Dashboard V5.0.0.4
    You'll be able to download System Dashboard 5.0.0.4 from FixCentral.
    Documentation how to install the IlmtReporter (and its companion tool, IlmtCollector) and start to gather the metrics in the FileNet instance is available here

    Hi Sameera,

    As proactive, BA-specific application health monitoring solution IBM ECM System Monitor is able to constantly monitor both the maximum and the current value of the "ILMT current user list size". The metrics collected can be used to send an alert if a threshold is reached, e.g. if the maximum number of users is higher than it should be. This permanent automated check helps you avoiding manual checks of the user count.
