  • 1.  not recognize keys in excel

    Hi everyone.
    RPA Studio does not press a key or execute commands in an excel opened through a browser.
    For example, I want to press the TAB key to access a docked window or use "ALT" + "Y1" to access the "Osi Excel" tab
    "Send key" or "Press or Release Key" do not work.

    HI Kevin,

    If the browser is not rendering as HTML, it may be rendering it as a bitmap.  So the only way to automate is with surface automation.  This means finding an image and clicking on it.  In your case, you could use Click by ocr to find the button containing "OSI" and click it.
