Leaving work-related tools aside, what are some of your favorite productivity tools, and how do you use them in your every-day life?

I have a few apps and hardware tools that I use daily that allow me to be more productive.

The first one is my Lefant life cleaner, which automatically starts sweeping my place at 10am and then again at 3pm, allowing me to spend less time cleaning.

The second one is Notion, which I synced with my Google Calendar to gather notes from my personal meetings and add them to my notion account.

The last one is actually my "notes" app, it reminds me of my skin care routine and what specific products I have to use each day (cool stuff).

let us hear about your every day productivity tools!

Gabriel - you must show me your Notion app.  I haven't used that before, sounds intriguing!  I use Amazon Alexa for a ton of things - weather look up, translations, math, timers, alarms, calling my kids, yelling at / I mean talking to them from the couch, dimming my lights, and probably a slew of other things.

I also love using my Notes app on my iPhone that I also sync with my computer. I use the app for several activities like making supermarket checklists, to-do lists of items to pack and things to do before going on holidays, make lists of important events such as birthdays including possible gifts to get, and take notes when studying to have handy wherever I go.

Also my Calendar app - not only to keep track of important events like medical visits, when I have work meetings, need not forget to call someone, but also to see when I have a gap for a walk with my dog, need to go to the doctor, or just to look back and see the history of places I visited.

Time zone converter is another tool I use frequently. Having friends, family and colleagues located in different time zones can sometimes make it difficult to get organized or know when not to contact because I risk waking them up.

I use Google Maps also often - it might not sound much like a productivity tool, however, when needing to optimize time and finding a good yet budget-friendly place to eat or making a list of places to visit for short trips, I have found this app to really help me stay organized and get me the right recommendations quickly.

Same, I am big on Apple Notes, to write my thoughts before I forget them :)   I use the Apple reminder app for more structured lists (grocery/todos...).

Also big on Google Maps to flag the places I love (read heart) or those that friends (green flags) which makes it easy to find a place when I plan or last mn; otherwise search for "best rated" in the area is my go to feature. In term of automation. I should see if I can get a notification when I walk near-by a restaurant I tagged that it is mid-day :)

And Calendar app of course... keeps me in check on what to do / when, loves that it shows my personal + my biz and that I can share a calendar with my wife to make sure we are on the same page planning wise. Reminders are a kind of automations, my fav one :)
