    Hi,

I've been working through the ITS-ZB846G course and came back today to work on another exercise.  While trying to delete my prior process and create a new one, I'm not seeing it listed under my recent (or all) processes lists. I did find the model from the first exercise still under BPA/Analytics processes, and was able to delete it there.

As the trial only allows one process, it's resulting in an error when I try to proceed with creating a new process.

That said, BPA also seems to still have an issue as well, as when I went to create the simulation off of the imported BPMN model in the last exercise, I got a 'Generic Error' and the simulation didn't show up.  When reattempting, I'm now getting an error on creation that the model already exists.

The course description states that no support is provided during the trial, but I'm wondering if it's possible to have my trial environment reset so that I could continue with my exercises.

    Thanks,

    Harrison

    Hi Harrison,

I have sent the information to our course development team - can you let us know what labs and pages you are on for process creation and for BPA to make it easier for the team to track down the issue?

In the mean time, we are also looking to see if your trial can be reset.

    Hi Stephanie,

I'm working on Course code WB846 / ZB846 ERC 2.0.  I successfully completed exercise 1, but had an issue with exercise 2, section 1, page 2-3 step 1b.  My observation is that the process is not shown on the dashboard (as per my screenshot in the first post).  Additionally, I tried to start exercise 3, but had an issue with section 2 on page 3-8 with step 1a (when I got "generic error), and now with step 1c as it thinks there's an existing simulation, but none show up in BAC.

That said, I just logged back in and it's now showing me all the processes, including the one that needed to be deleted.  I will retry exercise 2 again shortly, but with exercise 3, I still have the same issue.

I tried to create a new simulation (BAC Simulation2) and it gave me the 'generic error' again.  I have also attempted to add it to an existing simulation, but none are listed.

No issues now with exercise 3, I seem to be able to proceed with it now.  I'll confirm later today once I've completed exercise 3 and whether or not I can proceed with exercise 2.

I have successfully completed all the lab exercises now. Not sure if someone had a helping hand on the back-end somewhere, but thanks for the assistance!

We did reset it the first time! I sent your input/what happened  and the issues to the course developer as well, just to make sure everything was up to date, etc.

I am glad to hear you were able to complete it!
