    Hello All,

    We have around 100+ Servers on which Initiate Software Scan is getting failed on below line, please suggest the remediation steps.

    Hi,

    Please login into Bigfix console under Sites > External Sites > IBM License Reporting (ILMT) > Analyses. Find 'Software Scan Status' analysis and click on Results tab. Verify the return code for this failed software scan - you can find the explanations for each return code under:

    In Software Scan Status Analysis, I can we  Failed (return code 127) for Status of Catalog based scan but this error troubleshooting I am not able to find detail in below link
