In ICN Embedded viewer, how do we load Image while Daeja frame gets loaded

  • 1.  In ICN Embedded viewer, how do we load Image while Daeja frame gets loaded

    In the process of ICN customization and following IBM Redbook. Our Objective  here is to load the image along with Daeja frame instead of 4 clicks from enclosed screen.  Not finding such references in redbook . Can you please share the pointers ?.

    For more clarify on clicks- just 3 clicks , 1st click on Attachment Tab 2nd Click on Expand attachment  and 3rd click on image .

    Hi Purushotham,

    It looks like you have modified a step processor of the ICN work feature to contain a daeja webviewer frame?

    In that case you want to use WorkItem.retrieveAttachments. Then retrieveContent of the first attachment, which should be a ContentItem. And then Viewer.preview(?) on that content.
