Indeed, you need to add second authorization method to your account. E-mail based will do.

Hi Grzegorz, I found that and enabled that, but the message is still the same. I tried to log in in three different browsers and the second authentication was required, but I'm still receiving the same message:

"... not authorized to access the system with single sign-on authentication".

Am I doing something wrong, please?

Could you recommend what to do?

I have just created a new account using fresh e-mail address and incognito browser mode, then added second authorization - and it works.

Probably some odd issue, it is diffult for me help more here. It might be a good idea to contact support of IBMid about it.
