Hi, Upgrading 5.2.1.7 to 5.5.x carrying forward some Lotus Notes emails customer has not converted yet. These are captured in CSN format via ICC, after the upgrade I can view the email no problem but when I try to view the attachment link in body of email from ICN-ICC viewer I get a 503 error.  From FileNet install steps I do not see where I need to enter credentials and I do not have a need to capture new emails via task routes, notes client is installed. Error stack below.... Log file just says credentials error nothing usable to go on.

Second question- and my memory is a little fuzzy on this one but I remember when indexing ICC email types for notes you have to copy a jar from ICC to CSS so that that file type can be opened/read/indexed otherwise you see errors in trace logs saying file is not indexable type.  Anyone know what needs to be done for CSN/lotus notes files for CSS?

    errorCode>503</errorCode>
