  • 1.  How to access IAM if I configured SAML as preferred login in CP4BA 23.0.2

    In Cp4BA 23.0.2, I set the preferred login as SAML. Once set, It does not show the CP4BA login page. Instead it redirects to Keycloak login page automatically.
    In that case, I'm NOT able to login as cpadmin to access IAM. How to bypass the Keycloak to login IAM?
    I can disable preferred login as SAML. But Customer preferred auto-redirect to Keycloak login page to save one more click.
    Let's share your advise. thanks.

    One option is to add your ID to the Cloudpak administrators role for you to get the IAM admin role permissions.

    This will not help. As long as the dialog is suppressed you have no chance to select a different authentication method

    We have the same troubles with OICD. 
    The Authentication Page where you can select the authentication method is not fit for purpose when selecting UI_Preferred_Logon.

    I have filed an enhancement request which is still pending.

    Same with us. The page to select the authentication method in combination with UI_Preferred_login is not fit for purpose.

    Have filed an enhancement request which is still pending.

    It applies not only to SAML but as well to OICD
