I want to create a second or more start circle . Does anyone know how to do this? I have searched on tutorials and it does not immediately come out. Thanks 

Hi Tara, yes - this is a common request and it is not obvious! One thing to note is that BPMN only allows one true start event, but you can add additional start message events. To do this, click the "plus" button on the arrow flowing into the activity you want to add the start event to:

Select the "Start Event" (bottom circle with envelope) and it will add a new line with the start event:

We have to do this in many of our processes. If you need the start to come into the first activity of your process, follow the steps that were described but add 2 'fake' activities in front of the first activity of your process. Add the Start event in between the first and second 'fake' activities. Once the Start event is added, delete the 2 'fake' activities.
