Generation of documents from raw data, applying templates

Hi. I'm new to FileNet platforms and would like to know how, if possible, to generate documents from raw data by applying templates.

Here is the requirement (apologies in advance for anything wrongly represented due to lack of understanding)

    1. Hypothetical application "MyInsuranceCorp" has a data record for every user onboarded.
    2. Such data records with data elements about the user and their policies available in json/xml format that are ready to be sent to FileNet in any supported method (e.g., http)
    3. A template should be applied with logos, headers, footers and using the data elements, end user consume documents generated in PDF and stored
    4. All metadata and properties are supplied and used as required in search, retrieval of documents

Is this feasible and if so what resources can be useful to consider for designing such solutions?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Sethupathi Sivasamy, FileNet Content Manager is an enterprise ready content management solution which does not offer content generation specific to request you have mentioned. Though there are ways to capture FileNet specific constructs like documents, folders, and custom objects in a standardized way via Entry template in FileNet Content Manager repositories. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/filenet-p8-platform/5.5.x?topic=management-entry-templates.

I think for content generation via template as per your requirements, you need to look for other solutions. Thanks
