Hi everyone,

I am trying to export some documents and metadata to SharePoint Online for a Proof of Concept.

I cannot seem to get Datacap to log into SharePoint Online. The error reported in the RRS Log is:

11:00:33.954 (3109)	 ERROR!!! N-2146233088
Error description = Could not find SharePoint server or login incorrect.
Error Source = DCSPExport​

I can reach SharePoint Online from a browser and log in as the export user so https access to it is not blocked and the credentials are ok.

The documentation was last reviewed in August 2022 but still mentions SharePoint 2007 and 2010:

The Compatibility Matrix only mentions SharePoint Server 2016 as being supported.

Questions to IBM:
1. Is export from Datacap 9.1.9 to SharePoint Online supported?
2. If it's not supported, are there plans in the roadmap to support it?

Question to the Community:
1. Has anybody managed to get it to work? If so, did you need to do anything special?

Looks like a logon problem.  There is a tool called Datacap SharePoint Test Tool you can use to test the connection.

The tool is located here on my 9.19 system.
It's called TestSP.exe 
C:\Datacap\dcshared\NET\TestSP.exe

Thanks @Blue Devil. I get the same error message using the SharePoint Test tool. In the meantime, I understand that export to SharePoint Online is not currently supported​​ but there is an enhancement request open for it.
