Examples of automations you already use?

Often I feel like automation opportunities are missed not because people don't have the ability to set them up, but they don't even realize they can or should! I'm curious to hear any examples people have of little life hacks/automations they have set up that they are already using to see if that inspires me (within Watson Orchestrate or outside of it).

Here's a personal example: I use trello as my personal to do list. I have a column for my "backlog" of work, and another that is "due today". I have an automation that takes anything due at the end of the day and moves it from my backlog over to my "due today" list. That way I can help to organize the kind of work I need to do, it also makes it easier for me to note down other work I want to do but maybe don't want to get to today, I just put a different date on it. Of course this is very personalized, but it works great for me. I can easily envision a world in which certain trello activities trigger things in other applications, I hope to set that up in Watson Orchestrate using a Digey sometime in the future when I figure out the best opportunities to help me to be more efficient.

Looking forward to hearing and being inspired by others' examples!

This is great! I actually also just started using automation in Trello to created tasks by email and assign them automatically to someone with a due date of 1 biz day so things to be done can be handled by who owns them and tracked by everyone.

Look forward to be able to connect to Trello from Watson Orchestrate, one more level of automation! :)
