Process Mining

During the process of creating the process using the CSV I get the error "Error parsing selected CSV (Try again)", could you tell me in which PM log I could get more information about the error.

Hello Hector,

I also faced the same issue, for me the issue was the columns and the data were not properly aligned in the CSV(, delimited). Or if there is any other event log already available in the Project, the new event log must have the same number of columns.

Thank you very much Pritan for your answer, I know that the date value is not well formatted, but there are also other values with NULL and blanks in the date field and other fields, therein lies the problem. But beyond them the error should give more information, it is very generic.

I just wanted to know in which log specifically to look for the log summary, maybe that's where the error field appears.
