  • 1.  Error on BPM document store

    Hi

    I am using BAW 20.x

    I am getting following error on BPM document store

    CWTDS1000I: The default domain for the BPM store was not found. An attempt to create the domain is in progress.

    Can anyone guide me , why I am getting this? And how to fix it.

    Hello Mahe,

    When are you getting this error? Can you share the full error log?

    Try restarting the server, this generally gets created during the server startup.

    Hello Mahe,

    as Atanu wrote, objects in the BPM object store are created during the BAW server startup.
    One question: are you using an internal or external CPE? 

    Also, did you check the CPE server is up and running before starting the BAW server? If so, checking the CPE logs for any error can be helpful.

    We are using internal CPE. Can you tell how can I check internal CPE status ?

    Hi Mahe,

    It's not very clear from the logs, but it seems, the error is occurring during the connection to the object store.

    Can you test if the connection is successful for the data source from WAS Admin console?

    Probably, you can try reinstallation or reach out to IBM support.

    Hello Mahe,

    to check if the CPE is up and running you can visit the CPE Ping page at https://hostname:port/FileNet/Engine

    In the Health Page you can also see which object stores has been created in the CPE: https://hostname:port/P8CE/Health
