In Datacap Navigator Job Monitor, "Edit Job" button should only be user if they have "Change Job Attributes" privileges.

If you are on ifix 2 and still has this issue. You'll need to open a support case for further investigation. My guess here is the user you are login with either the user is in a group, that user or group needs to have access or privileges granted to have Change Job Attributes enabled.
Check user or user in that group permission. That are logon with admin to see if admin account has the same issue.
Look at the your group name or user name. Example TMGROUP Table of Admin DB. While I can not tell what what to change it to. You can workaround this by changing the value with elevated value.

We have Datacap 9.1.9 iFix 02. "Edit Job" button is not visible on Job Monitor UI. I have given full permission for the group. Is there someone else faced this issue and have a solution?
The button is available in all versions till Datacap 9.1.9 and really needed for Prod support and also during development. But not visible for the same application in Datacap 9.1.9 iFix 02. Is it some new configuration issue or bug in iFix02?
Please help if any idea on this.
