Business Automation Insights (BAI)

Hi There

I am creating a number of dashboards in BAI, but one I am having problems with is using the duration a and creating an average.  It seems to display it in a ridiculously high number, perhaps seconds.  Even on the template dashboards in BAI it shows this as well.  How do i change the format to a more meaningful number, say, I dont know, days?
