We are facing issue where the integration to ServiceNow Pro (using out of the box configuration) seems to work and however the data collected from ILMT seems to wrongly classify in the computers table in ServiceNow. For example, we are seeing an extra computer record created for each hypervisor host servers managed by VM Manager Tool in particular. This extra record is coming from the sam.computer_systems view in ILMT database. So it seems that ILMT is creating a computer record for each hypervisor host server managed by VM Manager Tool with missing a lot of other information such as dns name and host name filled with "NULL" value. This causes issue with ServiceNow Pro integration as well that it could not lookup the CMDB to find a matching record if dns name and host name fields don't have value. That is just one example. Will IBM ILMT development team will look into this matter?
