    This is quite an interesting and exciting topic as we have seen a rise in a number of technologies leveraging AI in order to better server customer and/or support employees.

    To get a conversation going around that, let me propose you the following options (pick & choose!:):

    1. Just by the name, before reading more, let us know what Digital Workers, Chatbots and Bots mean to you!

    To me a chatbot is a rules-based engine that responds based on text inputs. A bot does something behind the scenes, like it gets work done based on something happening. A digital worker combines those two, and more, by taking chatbot capabilities to receive inputs, bot capabilities to get things done in systems, and adds in more complex logic and understanding to be able to string together more complex tasks. Its sort of like a digital worker is a really smart chatbot with memory.
