Hello Anh Tam,
You don't need to have admin rights but you do need rights to certain folder such as the Datacap directory.
If you are strictly using dstudio access the datacap folder should be good. However, if you start to use rulerunner or web servers - the service account that start up the RR processor for Rulerunner or the tmweb, that account needs rights to not only start up the services but access to the datacap folder as well.
Below are some links which talks about security and folder access.
Have fun building your apps.

Subject: Develop feature with Datacap on laptop without account admin permision
Hi all,
I tried to learn and install Datap on laptop of my company. I login with my acount (not admin acount)
I install Datacap succesfuly (by request IT Support enter admin account)
So, my question is: If i using only "Datacap Studio" then i can develop new feature? Because only this do not request admin
