  • 1.  'Content Manager' not connect with the new server.

    Hello team how are you. I have a scenario in which my client is migrating the: 'Content Manager OnDemand' from version: 9.5 ==> 10.5. The client has already performed the upgrade & has made a server reconnection (they point to a new one with the data already migrated), but when doing a document search, a strange error is coming out:All app parameters are identical, & disks were cloned.

    Any ideas and recommendations of what could be happening?, i have the arssupport.zip to share too.

    Sounds like a port issue, so I'd suggest checking those specifically. It is not difficult to do and fix.

    Error you mentioned "The server failed while retrieving a document" typically means CMOD is unable to fetch the document from object server. As you can see the metadata from CMOD client search, It appears the database entry is there but actual object is not present where CMOD expects it to be.
    You may refer CMOD system logs to determine exact object missing from Object server.
