    Description: I actioned the Fixlet “Upgrade to the latest version of IBM License Metric Tool (9.2.28.0)”, received Exit Code 41 which I have had in Previous upgrades but when Loading the ILMT web UI after this upgrade, ILMT is unable to connect. I have previously been able to load ILMT web UI after Exit code 41. I actioned the Fixlet again but received exit code 55, I have followed the instructions from the IBM documentation, Have started and stopped the ILMT services as well as restarted the VM multiple times but no luck. Have actioned the Backups according to the IBM documentation. Unfortunately, the VM Snapshots are unavailable but DB Snapshots are available.

    Thank you for your question.

    If this is a windows LMT server then exit code 41 workaround is stated as below:

    For the current exit code 55, it indicates All elements of the infrastructure are already installed.

    Its best to raise a salesforce case to ILMT Support so we can check into the registry files for ILMT.
