I'm curious to hear stories of usage of BWL for Virtual Workshops. I've been using it for years for Process Re-engineering for years, but always "in the room". Now that we have switched to 100% virtual workshops, have anyone use it as the main collaboration tool with clients? using comments on tasks,  real time chat windows, community posts, etc.... many people is using Mural and other virtual collab. tools. but have anyone used BWL for that?

    Thanks!

Hi Lucas, currently leading a client effort in 4 regions: Americas, EMEA, APAC, Asia. "Virtual Workshops" has been the norm since day 1 (since 2018). I think the important thing here is to first determine how Blueworks Live will be used. This is something you want to work with your stakeholders/sponsor, it all depends what the project's ultimate goal is. In our case it's the repository for retaining the work-in-progress and official processes for the project. We have real-time sessions to review processes and updates and these sessions happen over webex with a person driving the edits to the process maps (IBM and the client's main video conference app). Other specific features available like the real time chat is less important since the client has a dedicated enterprise messaging app (Microsoft Teams). In summary there are many other features that are not used, again it just depends on the goal and it value for the initiative. Happy to share more on how we've been using the tool.
