  • 1.  Bot failed to to start on RPA v21.0.3

    Hi,  recently upgrade IBM RPA to v21.0.3 on Premises, on Windows Server 2019 Standard

    However facing intermittent issue on scheduling RPA with error message:
    Error trying to execute script. Could not execute auto-logon. No provider events configured. This could mean that window update was running. Try restart the computer.


    Some that has been done as suggested:
    1. Restart the service
    result: still facing auto-logon issue

    2. Restart the computer
    result: did solve the issue, however it only last for a day. The issue occur again on next day, 

    Wonder if there is any possible solution on this matter?
