The default file viewer from BAW Content Toolkit is based on iframe implementation which is blocked by Chrome browser on Android. Has anyone come across alternative document viewer for BAW UI that is not based on iframe implementation?

    Hi Boon,

Have you tried using Daeja Viewer ?

Here is the link of the BPM implementation guide - https://us-south.git.cloud.ibm.com/schwarzs/bpm-ui-Daeja.Document.Viewer?cm_sp=dw-bluemix-_-communityautomation-_-devcenter

    Hi Boon,

I'd agree with Ankit and would suggest to using the Daeja Viewer to display documents.

With the latest release of BAW (22.0.2) you can actually use the new "Content Services" Toolkit which provides you with modernized coach views (CVs) for handling documents in the underlying FileNet CM repository, including the usage of the Daeja Viewer to render the documents (providing additional capabilities such as annotations, watermarks, redactions, etc).

I should mention though, that the Content Services Toolkit relies on the GraphQL API to connect to the FileNet repository (as opposed to using CMIS which was used by the Content Toolkit). This means that you need to deploy the GraphQL API to make use of the new CVs and you can only use them in combination with the FileNet repository and not with any CMIS compliant ECM system.

I just performed a smoke check on an iPad using Chrome and it worked well.

    Best regards,

    Michael
