If I may clarify, to be sure I underestand, in quarters without changes, there will be no entries in the audit_trails.csv, presumably because there is nothing to track or audit.
In the previous quarters, I am unsure if there were any changes. There was a personnel change, and the snapshot collection was inconsistent. There were re-classifications performed in Q2-24. From your reply above, this would be consistent with the audit_trails recording data for Q2-24

So, I took that is empty regardless of a time range...
The Q2-24 period shows up the upgrade activities.
Have you run any ILMT upgrades in Q1-24, Q2-23 period ?
Basically, 'Audit Trail' report is only triggered by activities (upgrade, Server parameter alteration, soft. confirmation/reassignment, VM managers setup etc.).
The open question remains what (if any) have been conducted at those aforementioned time periods...

I have not noted any of the other files with issues. The summary, daily, and other files are filled in as expected. Over the past 8 quarterly snapshots, five of the audit_trails.csv's are blank:

The only time when 'audit_trails.csv' is completely empty is the fresh installation before first import...
I take that this is not a case here...
Does 'Audit Trail' report shows any content ?
What about other files from 'audit snapshot' package ?...is everything in order ?...is the 'data_condition.txt' filled in ?
Does tema log shows any errors around AuditTrailsCsvGenerator line ?
