    Hi,

    We have some analyst form Itau customer that have their accounts at Process Mining Trial environment locked, the logins are:

    diego****@itau-unibanco.com.br
    lucas****@itau-unibanco.com.br
    valeria****@itau-unibanco.com.br

    Is it possible to unlock these logins?

    I heard you contacted Colin and were able to get the Itau accounts resolved today.

    Hi Stephanie,

    Any update about this issue? The customer need these accounts unlocked/password reset due to Workshop that Expert Labs will do on next Tuesday, december, 13th.
