there is a batch that failed to export data

    Hi, friend

    I want to ask, I have a problem

    in my case i have two batches .008 and .009 with same document running automatically using ruler

    but on .008 it doesn't work exporting data to database
    in batch .009 successfully exported data to database
    left attached log image is .008 and right is .009

    why this happened? what do I have to do?
