    I have a customer asking if we can integrate Bolden James (https://www.boldonjames.com/) with IBM Content Navigator.

    Does anyone have experience with this?

    I haven't looked at that product specifically, but generally I would integrate a document classifier using a Custom Document Classifier custom code module so it can run Asynchronously inside the CPE context instead of loading a wait into the upload process in the UI-layer (ICN).

    Assuming it's got a REST or SOAP API it should be trivial to implement the DocumentClassifier interface to retrieve the content, pass it to Bolden James, and write the results back to the document's metadata (and use that information to enforce any relevant security or retention rules).
