Fail to schedule a bot (Schedule/Launcher/API Call)

    Hi,

    I want to execute a bot from schedule options, ibm rpa launcher or api call. However, I received this message:

    Hi Arturo,

    Which version are you using in IBM RPA? v21.0.2 or v21.0.2?
    Also, are you facing the above problem in on-prem or SaaS environments?

    Actually, I have similar situation in IBM RPA v21.0.1 on-prem customer in here
    So I have plan to re-installed the RPA program again
