missing "Testing Decision Operation" in run configurations

    I had  issue when I try to configure debug or run as "Testing Decision Operation" ( using Excel Sheet), it is missing. I can only configure debug/run as "Decision Operation"(using typing arguments).

    I installed Eclipse Oxygen 4.7.3 + ODM 8.10.5.1.

    First I created test Excel scenario file, when try to set debug configuration, the pop-up screen had no "Testing Decision Operation" selection (only Decision Operation). So, I cannot use Excel Sheet to run debug or test.

    Debug/run configuration screen attached.

    Please help.

    You need a local installation of the Rule Execution Server in order for the testing to be enabled. It is recommended to perform the testing on Decision Center where a complete interface is provided.
