We see a growing interest in moving monolithic logic - either in a Business Rules Management System or in code - to cloud-based micro-services. But many large companies think this means duplicating the logic on their mainframe so they can also have it be available on the cloud. A decision modeling-based approach to using ODM let's companies have their cake and eat it too - they can deploy the rules to z/OS thanks to the ODM z engine, allowing them to integrate up to date, easy to maintain logic in their application portfolio. But they also use Cloud Pak for Business Automation to push the SAME RULES out to new, cloud based services.
Looking forward to the webinar.

Subject: Modernize from the inside out: How digital decisioning can improve agility in your Z applications
To successfully achieve digital transformation on z/OS you need to know how to best leverage the assets you already have and bet your business on. Modernization projects must build agility into those assets so they can be changed at the speed today's businesses require. Often in mission-critical applications the decision logic is embedded within existing code, making it difficult to isolate and maintain when business changes to underlying logic are required. What if you had the ability to identify that hidden logic and manage changes easily without affecting code? Come to this session to learn how IBM's technology can build agility into the core of your business applications without sacrificing stability.
