Decision Management (ODM,ADS)

ADS can only be installed with CP4A operators.
However some other CP4A components can be installed on a server (BAI), others with docker compose (Workflow Process Service) and others with Helm (ODM).
Installing with CP4A operator has strong requirements in terms of cluster capacity, kubernetes release (only OCP is allowed) and storage (RWX storage is not provided by default by many providers, this is the case of AWS and AKS).

¿Is there a roadmap plan to provide a different ADS installation option?

Hi Eduardo,

ADS is a core part of the Cloud Pak, which runs on OpenShift only. However, we're constantly working on simplifying the requirements and dependencies. For example in version 21.0.3, ADS has reduced its dependency on storage, and RWX is no longer the only supported storage. For example a S3 persistent storage can be used instead. Is good that ADS supports S3 storage for the decision runtime, but as long as it has to be installed with CP4A operator, you need ReadWriteMany storage in your cluster anyway.
