  • 1.  Repository management - bulk removal functionality

    Posted Wed November 04, 2020 07:49 AM
Are there any plans to beef up repository management functionality, in particular allowing bulk removal of archived items and inactive glossary values? We currently have over 500 archived spaces and several hundred inactive glossary values in the Systems property alone. It would make managing the tool so much easier if there was the ability for authorised admins to bulk remove items.

    Thanks

    Hi Penny,

Bulk deletion of archived artifacts and inactive glossary values is on the product roadmap.

I recommend opening an RFE (Request for Enhancement) to register your interest. The more interest we see for a particular feature, the higher it'll be prioritized!

    Thanks!

Hi Penny, I realize this post is over a year old but if you are still looking for this type of functionality we do support some of this in our (free) Blueworks Live reporting and reporting, analytics, and management tool called Blueworks Insights. We have plans to add some automation to this feature as well so that stale Blueprints, unused glossary terms, and inactive users can be automatically archived (but not permanently deleted). If this is still a requirement I would be interested in exploring it further and seeing if we could help.
