Greetings Tanmoy, and thanks for sharing. I can certainly provide guidance to the items listed and feel free to contact me directly over email (david.b.teran@ibm.com)

    • 1) Generally a "Level 4" Process Flow is a detailed process./user task level, can you email more information about what you would like to know about this
    • 2) By default (out of the box) this attribute is available at the process level and the activity level. If you double click on the activities and scroll down you will see this attribute. However it is a pull down option. If this isn't sufficient then I would recommend creating a new attribute called "Risk & Controls". This will have to be done with someone who is Admin on the account. (I'm also assuming you have a specific BWL account for the client)

    • 3) BWL Blueprints have an option called "View Process Summary" which automatically builds the SIPOC for you based on the attributes entered. This option is available when viewing the process diagram.

    • 4) Similar to item  #2, you can create custom attributes and mimic the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed. You will need to have the Admin create these.
    • 5) KPIs, just like  #2 and  #4 you can create custom attributes to capture desired KPIs
    • 6) there are many guidelines for process modeling and documentation, this will depend on the purpose of your process modeling. I have plenty of examples I can share feel free to contact me regarding these.

For Risk and Compliance - I made a blog post about this recently - look at:

    https://community.ibm.com/community/user/automation/blogs/mark-ketteman1/2020/12/11/how-to-use-blueworks-live-in-risk-and-compliance-m?CommunityKey=6209ec75-bc9a-4b5f-9611-65d286eb7379&tab=recentcommunityblogsdashboard

For RACI I suggest the following using mostly the out of the box fields:

    Responsible
"Participant" specified on the activity, which is also represented by the swimlane the task sits in.

    Accountable
"Business Owner" specified on the activity. May also be represented as a separate approval step. Some approval may be described via to a decision service. Delegation of the work may be assumed as a consequence of automation, and/or performed via a decision service.

    Consulted
"Subject Matter Expert(s)" specified on the activity.

    Informed
Can be shown as a notification activity or noted as a reporting requirement in the description. A convention of using the "Customers" attribute could be introduced, but this may confuse normal use of this attribute. Alternatively a custom property could be used.

There are a lot of useful blog posts on the IBM Community site -

David and Mark's comments were spot on. I would add that for additional functionality on top of Blueworks Live, you might want to look at Blueworks Insights. The tool is free (because it is free I don't feel me mentioning it here is breaking the spirit of a Community forum and avoiding advertising) and many other Blueworks customers use it. It helps with the Risks and Controls piece of things. However, it does seem that for everything else you asked about BWL should be able to handle it.
