BPM, Workflow, and Case

Hi,

we have a process with human task reassignation (timer on the human task and a sytem task apply the task method :.reassignTo("USER:username");).
Sometimes the reassignation don't work. How to check that (it is on production), the task instance history is valid for BAW on premises but not on CP4A.
