Hello,
We have encountered an issue with one, isolated user who is unable to load his work tasks through the Work Task Services UX on his iPad. They load on his computer and even on his iPhone, but not his iPad. Other technicians who log into his iPad are able to load their work tasks. I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions or if you've ever encountered this issue?
