    Spatial 7.6.1:

What values can the ArcGISDataSync cron task's PROCESSEDFLAG / MXCREATIONSTATE have?

    0, 1, or 2?

    What do the values represent?

Hi, the processed flag should be able to have whatever value you want to specify.  The purpose of the processed flag is to give you a really easy attribute and value to query in your URL to identify records that need to be synchronized.  Our default example is MXCREATIONSTATE.  You add this attribute to your GIS feature classes.  You set up an edit rule to automatically populate the value as 1 after an edit session.  The URL to query your map services looks for MXCREATIONSTATE=1 and synchronizes those records. The processed flag is set as 2.  Upon receiving the messages from GIS, Maximo automatically sends a value of 2 back to update the MXCREATIONSTATE attribute as 2 so that the feature no longer matches the query and is not processed again.

You can use any attribute and value - it doesn't have to be MXCREATIONSTATE.

This is only 1 method for setting up the query to identify which records to process.  For example, you can also write the URL to compare dates to find records in GIS that have been edited since last successful run of the cron.

Let me know if you have any questions :)
