Per my understanding, Asset and it's related data (which is used for the Asset app) can't be part of the preload database copy generated by cron. This is as per the product design.
Asset data that's used in the lookup in Techmobile app is part of the preload copy and but that's just Asset records, no related.

Yes it is lot of assets to load.
Have You set up preload database? That could improve things littlebit.

Hi all - I am using Maximo Mobile 8.11 with Maximo 7.6.1.3
My saved query MOBILEMYASSET in MXAPIASSET is defined to fetch 38,000 Assets with 122,072 asset specification records. On average, an Asset has 3 or 4 attributes. Other related records such as Meter, Measurements, Attachments are very low in count.
Is this a very high volume for Maximo Mobile Asset app to handle?
I setup the app on my Windows laptop, Asset download was successful but it took about 5 hours.
However, when I setup on my iPhone then it failed immediately it started to download the Assets data (in Record data section). I checked the logs - but logs were blank.
I have clicked on the Refresh button. But, other users have reported that it fails after sometime.
Has someone been lucky with large Asset volume in Maximo Mobile? Anyone with Maximo and GIS integration where Asset Specs are very high? Mine is not integrated with GIS though.
