Hi, Andy,
I'd second the point on the route/route-stop approach. Given the sensitive nature of Fire Alarms, Emergency Exit Signs/Lights and Fire Extinguishers, depending on safety regulation and how you plan to use Maximo for compliance/insurance, the routes & route stops data configuration may vary.
With Dynamic JobPlan, it makes route/route-stop more favourable, because you could actually see how much time you'd need for a building/wing/floor, depending on the building footage.
Cheers

Hi Andy,
Quick answer from the team...
You would need to make each wing/floor a route, then make a master PM and apply it to those routes - this will make a PM for each one of the floors/wings which can be scheduled to pop out weekly/monthly...
Hope that helps, let me know if you need more...

Subject: Rotating Assets
We have PM's for weekly fire alarm tests. On big sites we may only do a wing and floor at a time. We do not want to create a PM for every location. Could I use rotating assets to have 1 PM with a rotating assets to visit different locations each week? Or is there another workable approach?
