Hi Lisa,
First, if you have access to the System Properties application (in System Configuration module) check whether Property name RBA.WO.STATUSMAP exists, you can just search by rba. If it exist but is set null then the default should be WAPPR, WMATL, APPR, WSCH, INPRG, COMP. Hopefully that will cure the problem. There is no Maximo Default which I think is a bit strange for a system property. Let us know if Global Value was null, and I'll raise an IBM Support case, because I doubt you will be the only one to face this issue.
If the System Property does not exist, then likely something went wrong in your installation and you need to contact your Business Partner (or whoever did the upgrade/install) as, if that property doesn't exist, I would wonder what else might be missing.
Let us know how you get on.
Regards - Andrew

Subject: RBA.WO.STATUSMAP system property not found
I have a maintenance supervisor group that I have added my supervisor to and this group has access to two RBAs, and the associated object structures needed. When I log in as him and I click into the Work Orders RBA, I keep getting this error in the top right corner (RBA.WO.STATUSMAP system property not found), and the cool status bar feature is missing. I checked the list in the object structures to see if I could find this, but it is not in there, nor is it an application. I am not a developer, so please advise where this is set. Thanks! :-)
