Migration Manager not Showing Error Data

    I have two databases where I am deploying the same package.

     

    In one database, an error was generated.  So I went into Migration Manager into the Deployment Data Errors tab, edited the data, and then told it to Continue Deployment.

     

    In the other database, the same error was generated, but Migration Manager did not show the Deployment Data Errors tab, so I couldn't edit the data.

     

    Does anyone have a clue why Migration Manager would not show the Deployment Data Errors tab?
