Maximo REST API Authentication via SAML with Azure AD

    Hi Everyone,

    We are working on a solution where we connect to Maximo REST APIs from our application server to consume Maximo data (Server to Server communication). We are having SAML based authentication via AzureAD configured in production environment and would like to use it for making REST API calls. Did some research around this and found that Maximo REST APIs does not support SAML authentication with Azure AD.

    Can someone please confirm if Maximo REST APIs supports SAML via AzureAD and if not then please suggest an alternate mechanism to authenticate the API user.

    Note: For development purpose we are using Basic authentication but need to move to SAML based auth.
