Hello,

we have currently a problem with the Rhapsody Java API running with Rhapsody 8.3.1 (64bit).

For our purpose, we have implemented a web service using the API, which basically starts Rhapsody Application, retrieve some data from the model and then closes Rhapsody Application again. The web service itself runs in a Tomcat Server. If we start Tomcat from the console and call the web service, everything works just fine without any problem. However, if we run the same Tomcat as Windows Service, then we get the error message "can´t co-create object" while involking the method RhapsodyAppServer.createRhapsodyApplication() (sometimes, also the error "operation completed successfully" appears).

As platform, we use Windows Server 2012 R2 (64bit), 64bit JVM and 64bit Rhapsody 8.3.1, as well as 64 bit rhapsody.dll (both rhapsody.jar and rhapsody.dll were originally shipped with the Rhapsody Software).

How could we solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
