Hi Lee,
Can you attach A few more screen shots?
The first one should be from the Business Object in the Data Model and should show the Properties of the field and the associations that is on the form.
The second one should be from the Business Object in the Data Model for the new Classification and should show the associations
The third one should be of the form showing the properties of the field
The Fourth One should be of the Classification Form, showing the new classification on the Includes Tab
The Fifth one should be of the New Classification Form, Showing the Includes Tab
The Sixth one should be the Form that the Customer is trying to select the New Classification and should show the properties of the field that is linked to the classification.

Subject: Classification members not showing on form
I have a classification called Facility Status with four values
- Open
- Closed
- Closed and Sublet
- Approved
This classification is on a form, but when the user tries to select a value, none of the values appear (see attached images). I've seen this problem before, but opening then saving the classification always seemed to fix the issue, but not this time. In addition to opening & saving the classification, I've also tried deleting and recreating it four members, deleting and recreating the classification, clearing cache, even rebooting the server, but having no success. Anyone know what's going on here, or have another suggestion to fix it?
Thanks!
Lee
