Anywhere 7.6.4 - White page for no reason

    Hi,

    Suddenly, When I open Anywhere WorkExecution I land on a white page before the login screen.
    I have the same results on many devices and test on DEV and PROD env. The last time that I build on PROD was on december 7th and everything was working.

    Sometimes I am able to open the app and everything works but it happens once in a 50 tries average.
    When I use the chrome inspect, that's what I see :


    Is there anyone who can help me ?

    I don't think this will help you, but I'll mention it anyway, just in case it triggers an idea. (Anywhere isn't my area of expertise.)

    We have an issue right now that's almost identical, except it's with the map in Anywhere Work Technician 7.6.4 (Maximo Spatial). Our current theory is that the certificates for our GIS web services in WebSphere have expired. We're still investigating...we might also try disabling the map proxy in Anywhere.

    We had also wondered if our organization made some internal networking changes due to the log4j vulnerability. Maybe that's causing an issue.
    Have you tried checking with your networking team?


    Also, an uneducated question: Have you checked the OSLC logs? For example, we saw some HTTP call errors in the OSLC logs (calls to the GIS web service). There might be some clues in there that could point you in the right direction.
