    The Swagger documentation is good to show you what object structures you have available in your system. General REST API documentation can be found here: https://community.ibm.com/community/user/asset-facilities/viewdocument/maximos-rest-api-aka-json-api-os?CommunityKey=ed77c224-45e2-47b0-b574-cc31496f9a41&tab=librarydocuments

    It requires joining our Maximo Integration and Scripting community. It's free to join, just another forum in this site, and is a good resource for these types of questions. The document most useful is the Maximo REST API Guide. 

    Beyond that, it will depend on what you're trying to accomplish as to what exactly you need to provide in the request.
