    Hi,

    I'm sure you are familiar with the standard alert sample below:

    From: SEN SevOne Mailer <no-reply-sevone@epic.corp> 
    Sent: Friday, May 17, 2024 3:00 AM
    To: Acme Generic <Acme.GENERIC@epic.com>
    Subject: SevOne Alerts
    Alert 3492046 - SEVERITY: Notice
    Triggered: 16 May '24 20:58 CEST
     Message: Trap received from PHC1GCR05: Tunnel248 Tunnel Down -- An interface has gone down.
    My question is:  Can we customised this mailer alert, say by adding additional info on it like "Please follow KB link to take necessary action" in the mail body?
    If yes, where to configure it?
